Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or have prior experience, looking for the right fit in a therapist can be a difficult and vulnerable journey. I have extensive experience with providing therapy to individuals with depression, anxiety, non-suicidal self-injury, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, body image concerns, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts and ideation, psychosis, personality disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, interpersonal issues, and trauma/PTSD/complex PTSD. I enjoy working with individuals who desire to learn effective coping strategies to reach their goals.

I received my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University in 2017 and have worked in a variety of mental health settings including a community mental health center, an eating disorder facility, and a substance use counseling center.

I am poly and CNM aware as well as sex positive, kink aware, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I use strategies and techniques from a variety of theoretical approaches, primarily focusing on DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) in a challenging and gentle way. My goal is to help my clients live a meaningful life, whatever that means to them.
