I work with individuals and couples balancing work, life, and love; persons managing stressful relationships and dating; individuals dealing with significant life transitions; and those needing coaching on struggles that interfere with day-to-day life. I create an intentional, nonjudgmental environment and utilize a collaborative approach to promote personal growth and development using a strengths-based and collaborative approach. I am committed to working with diverse individuals and couples inclusive to all abilities, racial and ethnic identities, LGBTQIA+ communities, and other cultural backgrounds to empower those working towards living their best lives.

I have a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Northwestern University. I am also currently furthering my training and education by attending the University of Michigan's Sex Therapy program to become a certified sex therapist. I also completed additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization Response Therapy (EMDR) to help folks navigate their trauma. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach that assists clients in better understanding their problems and make appropriate changes to their overall well-being, including but not limited to, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Response Therapy (EMDR). I take pride in helping clients achieve their goals, discover their authentic selves, and maximize their full potential. I view therapy as an opportunity to express and process all emotions and experiences freely. I invite my clients to use therapy as a space to “feel the feelings”, break generational cycles, and undo patterns that no longer serve you.
