Full Time and Part Time Therapist

Requirements:

  • (LPC, LCPC, LCSW) Licensed in the state of Illinois *please note at this time we cannot accommodate LSW therapists. 

  • Training and experience working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, kink, poly, CNM, and sex worker populations we serve OR a strong desire and commitment to learn. 

  • Training and experience working with couples

  • Experience working in mental health offices and knowledge of HIPAA requirements

  • Can create notes and treatment plans timely, independently, and efficiently

  • Collaborative, independent, organized, and professional

  • Understand and implement the ethical guidelines of your licensure

  • Able to effectively communicate, accept and integrate constructive feedback, and work autonomously

  • Access to personal laptop/iPad/computer with reliable WIFI connection

  • Commitment to using evidence-based practices

  • Strong desire to work as a team

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling to individuals and couples

  • Grow and sustain caseload 

  • Complete progress notes and treatment plans in a timely manner

  • Maintain professional and ethical requirements for licensure

  • Communicate with clients in a timely and professionally
