“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable.  When we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.” – Fred Rogers

When we find ourselves in need of therapy, it can be one of the

hardest phone calls to make and for that reason, you should be proud that you’ve made it this far —

reading bios, reaching out, reflecting on the care you need. I am here to support you in this

journey of self-care and will always strive to create safe and welcoming spaces for you to be

yourself, discover yourself, and work on yourself.

I work hard to provide a space where you feel non-judgmental and affirming support while helping you find a stronger self of sense.  It is important to have someone to help you navigate your relationships, whether that be personal or professional. You never know what life might throw at you and I will help you manage life stress and be a self-advocate for your wants and needs. By creating a welcoming space, I will encourage self-compassion. I believe that when you are able to show up in your life as your authentic self, you will be able to move the mountains that you wish to move.

By embracing a holistic approach with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, a feminist

lens, and mindfulness, we will work together to process what has brought you to therapy.

While supporting you in self exploration, I hope to assist you in developing inner clarity and

self-acceptance. I understand that life is always evolving and with that I will provide a warm,

stable space while you are moving through life's changes.
