Sex Therapy

If you’re reading this, I am sure you are wondering if sex therapy is right for you. Sex therapy is a specific form of talk therapy that navigates your concerns with sex. These conversations will explore your biological, psychological, and social aspects of your sexual concerns. EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative psychotherapeutic approach used to address adverse life experiences that contribute to problems in daily living and other distressing life experiences, including but not limited to, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, panic disorders, assault, abuse, eating disorders, and grief and loss. This memory-based approach uses a comprehensive eight-phase method that focuses on identifying and reprocessing memories through the application of bilateral stimulations (BLS) or eye movements. EMDR therapy is intended to change the way that the memory is stored in the brain and enables different parts of the brain to communicate and process traumatic memories while maintaining stability and safety. EMDR therapy can help with the following areas
